How to make a request

Email our privacy address and explain whether you need information, a correction, deletion or another applicable right. Identify the email address or enquiry concerned and provide only the information needed to locate it. We do not request identity documents by default. If identity verification is necessary, we will explain what is proportionate. Requests are reviewed by a person; sending a request does not automatically erase an account or all stored data.

Review and limits

The response and any applicable time limits depend on the request and governing law. Legal retention obligations, the rights of others and security may affect what can be provided or deleted. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain the relevant reason. Your analytics choice can be changed immediately through the cookie preferences, independently of an email request.
