The responsibilities and documentation for services that involve processing personal data on behalf of a client.
Two different responsibilities
For personal data collected through this website, Soares Sousa Consulting is the controller. In a client project, Patrick Digital Systems may process personal data on the client’s behalf, according to the agreed service and documented instructions. The client’s data are not automatically covered by the website privacy policy.
Project-specific agreement
Where processing on behalf of a client is required, the parties must agree the scope, duration, categories of data and people, instructions, confidentiality, security measures, authorised service providers, assistance, international transfers and return or deletion of data. The provider list and measures depend on the actual project. This information page is not a signed data processing agreement.
Request documentation
Contact our general address with the subject “Data processing documentation” and identify the project or proposed service. We will review the request through the existing enquiry channel. Do not send a dataset or identity documents with the initial request.
